- Provide evidence of stable annual income of minimally EUR 30,000 outsourced from Cyprus. Please note if there are dependents (i.e., children, spouse etc.) evidence of additional income is required to be secured
- Must visit Cyprus every two years there is no min. residency requirements

Eligibility for application
- Primary applicant must be over 18 years of age, of good standing with no criminal record and investing the required amount through one of the investment options
Who are Dependents?
- Primary applicants Spouse
- Primary applicants or spouse-dependent children up to 25 years of age (must show proof of full-time attendance at the educational institution- this is required for those ages 18-25)
- Parents of the primary applicant and spouse
How long does the process take?
- The typical processing time is approximately six months
Be Informed
When applying for Permanent Residency it is important to know all the details;
- A fixed deposit of EUR 30,000 is held at a Cypriot bank for three years
- There is an additional EUR 5,000 per each dependent and EUR 8,000 per each parent of which is on application
- The applicant and/or spouse has the ability to take hold of shares within a Cyprus registered company whereby the individuals are able to receive income from the dividends of the company. Though the applicant and/or spouse is to declare they are not to work in Cyprus
- There is to be minimum of one visit to Cyprus every two years (there is no minimum required days of stay)
- No criminal record
- Applicant and family to have medical insurance
